We are a church of people from all around the world. Some of us have come here to work or study. Others of us have come because of family members. All of us are looking for God’s direction and guidance in life. As foreigners and expats living abroad, we believe God’s word offers us hope and strength for daily challenges and opportunities.
Settling into a new city is both exciting and daunting. Our church has discovered that we need help from each other, friends for the journey, people we can share this stage of our life with. We want to offer support, encouragement and help for you and your family whether you are new to Basel or have lived here for many years. Let us know how we can best be of service to you.

Leadership Change
Crossroads International Church of Basel is part way through a search for a new Senior Pastor following David Fortune’s return to Canada. In the meantime, our Associate Pastor, Nico Hoogenraad, is leading Crossroads as Interim Senior Pastor.
During this leadership change, Crossroads continues to be the vibrant English-speaking, multinational and multi-denominational congregation it has been these past 20 years. Crossroads’ various ministries and programmes also continue unchanged to serve our large number of young families, children and youth.
We look forward to welcoming you on Sunday!

YOUTH: Faith in An Anxious World
For four Sunday evenings, Reach Youth Ministry is running a Bible Study Discussion Group with the title Faith in an Anxious World. Using resources from Fuller Youth Institute with support from a certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, Rachael our Youth Pastor will lead this important discussion. No registration required
Men's Hike
Crossroads has organised a men's hike for Saturday 21 September in Belchen in the Black Forest. This is the route postponed (twice!) from the spring/early summer due to bad weather. Come along and enjoy good company and views. Join the WhatsApp group for more details or contact the church office.
