There are those frustrating moments when nothing seems to go right. There are those days when everything seems to go against you and the direction you are heading. There are long seasons of time when change or a better future just seems impossible. We find ourselves at the end of our rope and are uncertain about the ability to hold on.
In those moments, it is good to ask a key question and to give the right answer. The question comes from Genesis 18:14: “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” The answer is found in Jeremiah 32:17: “Ah, Lord God, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.”
God has an endless number of ways to deal with and take care of any situation. The creator of heaven and earth started with nothing and spoke all things into existence. His great power and his outstretched arm have not weakened. We may not always understand the ways in which God moves and acts, but we should never question his ability. The toughest part for us is waiting on him and allowing him to do his work in his time. Whatever the situation you are facing, remember: nothing is too hard for the Lord.
